  13. a wholly-owned division of Arminius Publications and Products. Henceforth, the

  19. acquisition of P3 Software, effective 25 January, 1990.

  21. Arminius CEO Robert C. Smith announced a special offering of THE INVESTOR, P3's
  22. Macintosh ™ platform portfolio management package. Non-commercial buyers can
  23. now obtain the complete application for just $99.00 (plus $5.94 state tax for
  24. NJ Residents). Included with the purchase will be a certificate entitling the
  25. buyer to a free upgrade disk for the next major application upgrade.

  27. To make the package even sweeter, Smith announced that one package out of every
  28. hundred sold between now and 1 September, 1990, would contain a winner's
  29. certificate for $100.00!!

  31. Smith stated that correction of color support problems with the Macintosh II
  32. will be a first priority and absolutely will be available as a free upgrade
  33. (Version 1.14F) for anyone buying the application after 25 January. Plans for
  34. future revisions include: improved modem support; expanded graphing
  35. capabilities, and other modifications are also to make THE INVESTOR the most
  36. capable Macintosh™ application currently available.

  39. and professional business management package that will be published during 1990
  40. by P3 Software.
